IMMEDIATE RELEASE: SEPTEMBER 19, 2023

PUBLIC MEMO FROM THE CITY OF PERTH AMBOY’S COVID TASKFORCE

As we navigate the enduring challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Perth Amboy's COVID Taskforce remains steadfast in our commitment to safeguarding the health and well-being of our community. We are actively working to provide access to vital resources, encompassing vaccination and booster shot locations, COVID-19 testing facilities, and essential hygiene practices. We emphasize the significance of hand washing, the appropriate use of masks, and regular testing as critical measures in our shared battle against the virus.

Before you head to any of these locations, here are a few important reminders:

  • Always contact the site beforehand: The availability of services might change based on test and vaccine supplies.
  •  Plan Ahead: Many of these sites operate strictly by appointment.
  •  ID Requirements: Some locations may require proof of identification.

For a comprehensive guide and the latest updates on available resources, kindly refer the list below. Together, we can ensure a healthier, safer Perth Amboy. Your cooperation and resilience are deeply appreciated.  Thank you to the COVID-19 Taskforce for your ongoing commitment to the health and safety of our Perth Amboy community.
