2021 Government Strategy Group Review
The City of Perth Amboy commissioned Government Strategy Group (GSG) to review municipal departments and operations and recommend improvements to City government and services for residents.
The Management Enhancement Review, dated August 28, 2021, includes findings and recommendations on municipal operations, finances, staffing, technology and infrastructure.
