Current Procurement Opportunities

Looking for an active Bid, RFP, or RFQ? Current procurement opportunities are available through the City’s E-Procurement Platform.

Bidders must be registered with the Division of Revenue, State of New Jersey, for a business registration certificate and Employee Information Report when a contract is awarded.

The City of Perth Amboy Purchasing Division is not responsible for forwarding addendums and clarifications to prospective bidders that do not provide correct vendor contact information.

Vendors are encouraged to register with the City’s E-Procurement Platform to view procurement opportunities, receive updates, and submit responses.
