Seaman Avenue Roadwork: Thursday, November 5

Milling and paving along the curbline on Seaman Avenue near Ogden Place is scheduled for Thursday, November 5, 2026, beginning after 9 a.m., weather permitting.

Crews will repair a low spot and potholes. The work is expected to be completed the same day. No disruption on Ogden Place is expected.

• Please do not park in areas with posted No Parking signs.
• Use caution when walking or driving near crews and equipment.
• Follow directions from personnel at the work site.

Updated schedule: T&M has advised that work will begin after 9 a.m. and is expected to finish the same day. This updates the hours and duration listed in the resident letter.
