Pallone: $1M for Runyon Water Upgrades The City of Perth Amboy is grateful to Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. for announcing more than $2 million in federal funding in the Fiscal Year 2026 Appropriations bill for water infrastructure projects in Asbury Park and Perth Amboy, including a $1 million allocation to support improvements at Perth Amboy’s Runyon Water Treatment Plant.
