Pallone: $1M for Runyon Water Upgrades

The City of Perth Amboy is grateful to Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. for announcing more than $2 million in federal funding in the Fiscal Year 2026 Appropriations bill for water infrastructure projects in Asbury Park and Perth Amboy, including a $1 million allocation to support improvements at Perth Amboy’s Runyon Water Treatment Plant. This investment will strengthen the plant’s ability to address PFAS and other emerging contaminants and support the City’s compliance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
