HUD (CDBG/HOME) Plans & Notices

The following HUD planning documents and public notices reflect the City of Perth Amboy’s ongoing commitment to transparency, community input, and the strategic use of federal funding. This includes the current 5-year Consolidated Plan as well as annual Action Plan updates.

  The City of Perth Amboy is preparing its FY 2026 Annual Action Plan for the CDBG and HOME programs. A public hearing will be held on May 21, 2026 at 3:00 PM in Council Chambers, City Hall. The draft plan will be available for public review from May 1 through June 3, 2026.
