Mission

The Perth Amboy 250th Anniversary Committee will plan and coordinate inclusive, meaningful, and memorable events that commemorate the city’s role in American history, highlight its diverse heritage, and engage residents, schools, businesses, and partners in shaping a celebration that reflects the pride and spirit of our community.

Announcements

Grant announcement

The Arts Institute of Middlesex County announced that the Middlesex County Board of County Commissioners awarded grants commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution. Thirty Middlesex County organizations received funding totaling $164,400.

  • Grant cycle: July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026
  • Contracts and payment vouchers will be sent via DocuSign
  • Funding provided by the Middlesex County Arts & Culture Trust Fund with additional support from the New Jersey Historical Commission
