Runyon WTP Interconnect Project — Notice to Bidders
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Perth Amboy at
260 High Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861, on November 5, 2026
at 11:00 AM. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at
that time and place. No bids will be received after the
designated opening time.
Project Scope:
Installation of an interconnect between Middlesex Water
Company and the City of Perth Amboy Runyon Water Treatment
Plant, including approximately 160 linear feet of 12-inch
ductile iron potable water pipe below grade, approximately
45 linear feet of aboveground pipe discharging to the
aerator influent channel, and associated fittings, valves,
and appurtenances.
Pre-Bid Conference:
October 16, 2026 at 10:00 p.m., as stated in the official
notice, at 224 Old Water Works Road, Old Bridge, NJ.
